TABATA HIIT CLASS

TABATA is a HIIT class that improves strength, the cardiovascular system and burns a significant amount of calories

PILATES

Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates exercises develop a strong “core,” or center of the body. The core consists of the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine.

Boxercise

Boxercise is a high-intensity exercise class that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. Boxercise is non-contact; the emphasis is on knocking your body into shape, not knocking anyone out.

YOGA

During your stay you will experience a number of different Yoga Styles all dependent on the time of day the, benefits associated with each,  which will be tailored to your level, whether beginner or advanced. This can include Hatha, Ashtanga, Taoist, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Yin Restorative, and Pranayama. There will also be Yogic Exercises which will include Stretch classes and back and body care classes. All of these aimed to help you recentre yourself
